 • Buyer Registration: Businesses wishing to purchase products must also create an account to access and purchase items from suppliers listed on the platform.

• Product Listings and Sales
 • Product Listings: Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their products, including detailed descriptions, pricing, and availability. Sellers must update product listings promptly if any changes occur.
 • Bulk Orders: Buyers can place bulk orders directly through the platform. All orders must meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) set by the seller.
 • Pricing: All pricing listed on the platform is set by the seller and must reflect the agreed-upon cost. Metro Muscat does not intervene in pricing disputes unless there is a violation of platform policies.

• Shipping and Delivery
 • Logistics and Shipping: Metro Muscat partners with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Sellers must package and ship products in accordance with agreed terms.
 • Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the products. A shipping cost estimator is available on the platform for buyers and sellers to estimate delivery fees in advance.
 • Delivery Times: Metro Muscat and its logistics partners strive to ensure timely delivery. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other external factors.

• Payment Terms
 • Secure Payments: Payments are processed through our escrow-based system and released only when both the buyer and seller confirm successful transaction completion.
 • Commission Fees: Metro Muscat charges a commission fee on transactions, which is outlined on the platform and varies based on product categories.
 • Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and order cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Buyers and sellers must mutually agree to cancel or return an order before processing a refund.

• Returns, Exchanges, and Dispute Resolution
 • Return and Exchange Policy: Metro Muscat does not directly manage returns or exchanges. Buyers are encouraged to contact the seller directly to resolve issues related to defective or damaged goods.
 • Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, Metro Muscat provides a mediation service if direct communication does not resolve the issue. Both parties must comply with the mediation decision.

• User Responsibilities
 • Respect for Platform Rules: All users must adhere to the platform’s rules, including accurate product listings, clear communication, and fulfilling transactions as agreed.
 • Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in fraudulent activities such as submitting false information, misrepresenting products, or failing to fulfill orders.

• Limitation of Liability
 • Metro Muscat is not liable for damages from platform use, including errors, delays, loss of profit, or business interruptions. We are not responsible for third-party services such as logistics or payment providers.

• Termination
 • Metro Muscat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates terms and conditions. Fraudulent activities or non-compliance will result in immediate suspension.

• Privacy
 • Your use of Metro Muscat is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your data.

• Changes to Terms and Conditions
 • Metro Muscat may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and users are responsible for reviewing the latest version before using the platform.
